Order and Shipping Policy
Shipping policy
Our CEO Ron makes these shorts with love. Our T-shirts are good quality and made to last. Quality is first here at 1032 Genetics. We use the best materials and print everything from our home. All T-Shirts are made to order.
Shipping:
SHIPPED means the order is packed, labeled and ready for the carrier to pick up. Pick-up times vary due to driver schedules, traffic, weather and other factors. Orders shipped late in the day or on weekends may not be picked up until the next business day. Please do not worry if tracking results are not immediately available. Carriers take up to two business days to update information on their websites.
Shipping transit can take from 1 to 15 days. May be longer than due to the mass shipping during the holiday season. We ship worldwide. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Please note the shipping quotes come from the Shipping carriers. The quotes are based on destination, weight and dimensions of the package.
Shipping Method:
Please be advised the shipping comes directly from the shipping carrier. The shipping charges go by weight, dimensions and distance. After the package is shipped, it will travel at the method you chose however the method chosen is not the amount of time the product will take to reach the customer. The time frame does not include holidays and weekends. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified by email. So please verify you entered the correct address before finalizing your order.
Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address. Please be advised any item that is pre-ordered will take a little more time for processing. Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24-72 hours for updates to be reflected. Please be advised there may be events out of our control (weather issues, carrier delays, etc.) that can delay delivery. We appreciate you, and know we are working incredibly hard to fulfill your orders.
Returned and Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to 1032 Genetics, LLC for these reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer was not home for delivery
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 1032 Genetics, LLC is not to be held responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. There will be no full refunds given. If the customer does not want to pay for a shipping fee they can get a partial reimbursement for the order excluding the shipping fee.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged/Missing items/Delayed Packages:
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or stolen packages. Please provide an address to which your package can be securely delivered. If a package is lost, damaged or missing items you must provide valid proof in order to submit a claim within 2 business days of it being delivered. You must send an email with attached pictures of the damaged items along with the shipping label and barcodes visible. Please send all info to info@1032genetics.com.
Delivered Packages:
Once a package is marked delivered is not to be held responsible. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
International Shipping:
Please be advised packages can take in excess of 5 to 20 business days for clients to receive. Once your package leaves the country, tracking updates can be slower than usual as it goes through U.S. Customs and Borders which may delay the receipt of your package. I ask for your patience when placing an international order.

If your package is lost or damaged, a claim can be submitted for reimbursement. The United States Postal Service instills their policies and procedures. The label has to be within 15 days after it was created. You must email valid proof, and a claim must be submitted. This process can take between 15 to 30 days. In some cases, this process can take 3 to six months for domestic and international claims.
Returns/Exchange/Refund Policy:
We do not do returns, exchanges or refunds.
